“I just renewed so I feel comfortable writing a review now. Overall, this has been a great place to stay. The front office staff is very friendly and amazing. Last year, they actually noticed that I had some very sad looking curtains on my balcony. Alexis (community manager) reached out and offered to replace my curtains as part of an opportunity called “WOW Our Residents”. I thought that was sooo sweet and definitely solidified an already good impression for me. I’m sure my original curtains were an eyesore, so thank you for taking pity on me LOL. “HighPark Apartments in Cypress is a beautiful place to call home. The community is in a very quiet, peaceful area, yet you still have convenience right outside your door: an HEB grocery store is located right next to the property, and Lifetime Fitness is just steps away, making daily errands and workouts incredibly easy. Residents are more than welcome to use main kitchen to host parties, get togethers, or family dinners. You can also get a fresh cup of coffee, work out in the on site gym, or relax by the pool all without ever leaving the property. The maintenance staff are prompt and very accommodating to my many concerns. Alexis and Keirin ( im sorry i spelled her name wrong) are very accomodating and do the best they can to take feedback and adjust accordingly. The common space is nice and hosts study rooms and much space to relax outside of your living space. The complex is in a very convenient location in a well kept area. “I moved in six months ago from out of state and honestly could not be happier. Alexis, Ki’Erin, Chelsea, and the entire team have been absolutely amazing in helping me and my family feel right at home. High Park is a wonderful community to raise a family—welcoming, diverse, and well cared for. “Great experience at Highpark so far. Clean community, responsive maintenance team, and the office staff is friendly. I also really like the resident events they organize. One small suggestion: the bedroom curtain doesn’t fully block outside light at night, so blackout-style fabric curtains would be a big improvement (I ended up buying and installing my own). Also, the lighting in both the bedroom and living room feels quite dim—brighter light fixtures would make the space much more comfortable. Overall, I’m happy living here—would love to see some clubhouse games like billiards added in the future!”

I was new to Texas when I found this place and this versus a bunch of others, It truly was no contest. The amenities, the helpful staff, the pool, the gym, all of it is just wonderful. “Honestly, the best thing about this community are the people working in the front office. I have never seen a more dedicated, respectful, hardworking group of people running a complex like I’ve seen here at Highpark. If that wasn’t enough, the apartments themselves are quite stunning, and a lot of nice spacious floor plans, and fair pricing. The maintenance guys get to me usually in a few hours after submitting a request. I don’t know how this complex does it as good as they do, but seriously, WOW! Thank you Highpark!! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel truly welcomed every question I had was answered, and any concern I brought up was handled with care and professionalism. This is the first apartment that has actually felt like home to me.
